What is the return policy?
Unworn pieces in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Sale items and custom pieces are final sale. To start a return, email us with your order number. See our full Returns & Exchanges policy for details.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Sale items and custom or personalized pieces are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. If a final-sale piece arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $100 or more, and $6 on orders under $100. Expedited shipping is $12. We currently ship within the United States only.
When will I get my order?
Every piece is handmade to order and ships within 5–7 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way. See our full Shipping policy for details.
Where are your products manufactured?
Elle West Jewelry is designed and handmade in Los Angeles and Martha's Vineyard. Components are manufactured and sourced both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
