Processing Times
Every Elle West piece is handmade with care. In-stock orders ship within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Domestic Shipping
- Free Standard Shipping: U.S. orders $100+, arrives in 3–5 business days
- Standard Shipping: $6 on orders under $100, arrives in 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: $12, arrives in 1–3 business days
Delivery times begin once your order ships, not from the date the order was placed.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot an error, email us right away and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered, Elle West is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us, and we’ll help however we can.
