We will accept items for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt of your order. Sale items are final sale and non-returnable.
Sizing
NECKLACES
Our necklaces are measured end to end, including the toggle or clasp.
- 16": Sits at the base of the neck, just above the collarbone. A classic everyday length.
- 18": Falls just below the collarbone. Works well with layers.
- 20": Drops a few inches below the collarbone. Ideal as the longest layer.
Not sure? Measure a necklace you already love, laying it flat from end to end. Adding a charm will make the necklace hang slightly lower.
BRACELETS
Our bracelets come in two sizes, measured end to end, including the toggle.
- 7": Best for wrists up to about 6.5". A comfortable, close fit.
- 7.5": Best for wrists about 6.5" to 7". A relaxed fit with a little more movement.
To measure your wrist, wrap a soft measuring tape snugly around it. No tape? Use a piece of string, mark where the ends meet, and measure it against a ruler. Then add about 1/2" for a comfortable fit, or up to 1" for a looser one.
Shipping Policy
Every piece is handmade and ships within 5–7 business days.
Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $100 or more.
US orders under $100 come with a $6 ground shipping fee.
We do not currently offer expedited shipping options.
Jewelry Care
Every Elle West piece is made with genuine gemstones, 14K gold-filled findings, and gold over sterling silver charms, all made to last with a little care.
Keep it dry. Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising. Natural gemstones can be sensitive to water, oils, and chemicals.
Put it on last. Apply lotion, perfume, and hairspray first, then add your jewelry.
Clean gently. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to restore shine. Avoid jewelry cleaners, ultrasonic machines, and harsh chemicals.
Store it safely. Keep each piece in its Elle West pouch, away from humidity and other jewelry, to prevent tangling and scratches.
