How do I care for my jewelry?

Copper and Brass: To maintain the color and shine, soak jewelry in warm water with a few spoons of lemon juice and a pinch of salt for approximately 10 minutes (leave the chain outside of the solution). Gently scrub with a soft toothbrush and mild dish soap. Repeat these steps as necessary until the desired brightness shines through. Dry thoroughly! Soaking in lemon juice is not advisable for jewelry with stone settings. Jewelry may, also, be stored in an airtight plastic bag, such as a Ziploc, to prevent it from darkening. Otherwise, allow it to naturally weather by embracing the dark patina and unique beauty of your one of a kind piece!

Can I return or exchange an item?

All items are uniquely handcrafted and “made with love” when ordered, therefore, returns cannot be accepted. We want our customers to be happy, so we do offer exchanges of equal or greater value. If an exchange is made of greater value, then the customer pays the difference in price. To return an item, send an inquiry with "exchange" in the subject line and wait for further instruction. An exchange will only be honored if the item is received in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of accepting delivery. Exchanges will not be processed without contacting us and gaining approval first. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure safe return shipment as well as pay for shipment of the replacement item.

When will my order ship?

Each piece of jewelry is hand crafted and “made with love” when ordered. Most items will ship within 14 business days from when the order is placed. You will be contacted immediately if there happens to be a delay beyond 14 business days.

What is the method of shipment?

All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail with tracking. Purchases over $200 are insured. There is a $10 shipping fee on all orders less than $150 and shipping is free for all orders of $150 and above. To request another carrier or expedited shipping, please send an inquiry with "shipping request" in the subject line immediately after placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping rates vary based on the item and destination.

Do you giftwrap?

Each piece is packaged in a box and ready to be gifted. Send an inquiry email, with “personalized note” in the subject line, immediately following your order if a personalized note is desired.

Can I send my jewelry back for repair?

We will repair jewelry within 4 months of purchase as long as it is deemed by us as normal wear and tear. After 4 months, a charge will apply for any repairs. Please send an inquiry email with "repair" in the subject line to receive further instruction before returning the peice to us.
